We are Team Hope Heals: a passionate fundraising team led by Eva Malleo and Ella Ecko. Together, we envision a world without cancer and are fully committed to making that vision a reality—but we can’t do it alone. We need your help.

This year, we’re honored to be part of LLS’s Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, raising funds for their incredible mission. As both returning partcipants of LLS's amazing mission—we feel more connected than ever to this cause. Last year, we discovered just how important LLS’s work is, and this year, alongside our team members, we’re ready to make an even bigger impact!

This campaign holds a deeply personal meaning for us. Over the past year, we’ve seen firsthand how leukemia and other cancers can affect families. This has only strengthened our resolve to focus on patient support—providing families with the resources they need during one of the hardest fights of their lives. No one should go through this battle alone.

This year, all the funds we raise will also go toward supporting our Honored Hero, Jordan. Jordan is a survivor of B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Diagnosed at just six years old, he endured weeks of bone marrow treatments and, as of 2024, has been declared cancer-free. But the fight doesn’t end there. We’re raising money not only for Jordan but for patients like him across the nation.

Our decision to take part in this campaign isn’t just about learning and growing—it’s about family. As daughters, sisters, grandchildren, and friends, family means everything to us. Being able to honor them through this campaign is deeply meaningful.

We are incredibly proud to lead this team, connect with others, and work tirelessly to raise funds. Whether big or small, every contribution makes a difference.
